
The day that is entire made to be an Open home. Guests are invited to go to admission sessions, financial help sessions, and campus walking tours. Present students will talk about their experiences on a learning student panel. The many academic departments will be available all along Trousdale Parkway, allowing potential students to shop around and see what majors, programs, and opportunities are present. Additionally, our undergraduate programs will host information sessions, including the Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences’ ‘Come Here, Go Anywhere’ program, that will look at the different honors programs, overseas studies, and research that is undergraduate offered inside the Dornsife College, and the Thornton School of Music, that may host a session about ‘The Music Industry and Popular Music.’ Basically, if you’d like to learn more about USC and the undergraduate experience, Discover USC is the perfect program for you.
After attending the past 2 Discover USC programs, i have liked seeing the excitement and passion prospective pupils approach your day with. The students who visit are wanting to discover more and inquire. Ultimately, the school search procedure is all about finding a match and a good fit—just as much as you want certain universities to accept you, colleges desire to make yes you might think they’re a possible fit, also. This Sunday, take advantage of the time you have on campus if you’re able to attend Discover USC. Ask present students what made them decide to come here or what internships they’ve had. Ask staff members what they like about working right here or why is USC unique. Ask as many questions as you can consider. The program is just a great opportunity to learn as much as a USC student in the future as you can and truly imagine yourself. Walk around campus, connect to other prospective students, satisfy your admission therapist, and most of all, enjoy the day. You are bound to master something new and ideally have a wonderful day on campus.
